With Camino Real Ranch you can customize your event as much as you would like or take some things off of your planning plate by utilizing our in-house services! You can add these services to your Camino invoice at any point during the planning process and know that you have booked a vendor that is comfortable with your venue and that you will be in great hands with.
Wedding Coordination | $1,600
The Camino Wedding Coordination package presented by Marino Made Events is for the person that has pretty much everything taken care of. We begin actively assisting two months out from your event to tie everything together to create a fun and functional event flow!
The timeline for this package is as follows:
Initial Consultation
50% deposit and contract to book
First details meeting- 1-2 weeks after booking
Final consultation- 2 months before event date
2 week out vendor confirmation email
1 hour of rehearsal coverage
1 lead coordinator and 1 assistant for the duration of your wedding day

Reverie Photo at Camino Real Ranch | $2,500+
Hey. I'm Jess. I've been photographing families and couples for the last decade.
I have worked with Krysta for years and am excited to bring a laid back, true to life approach to your wedding day. I believe photography doesn’t have to be hard and I am here to help you. My style is a mixture between posed and documentary photos so that you get the full view of everything on your wedding day to look back on.
I have partnered with Camino Real Ranch to make your vendor shopping process a little more simple! You can rest easy hiring a vendor that is vetted and experienced with your wedding space and is able to provide special pricing because of the relationships built!

Event Staffing | Starting at $450 for up to 150 guests
Camino Real Ranch is proud to be able to provide event staffing for events looking to use a company that does not provide full service event clean-up. Your event staff team will arrive 3 hours before send-off, and they will stay until 1 hour after send-off to ensure all tables are bussed and that they meet our end of night check-out requirements. If you are interested in having food delivered and dropped off and would like to book event staffing for all of your dinner service needs please inquire through our email for a more detailed quote. $450- 4 hours of event staffing for up to 150 guests
$60 per hour- additional staff member for every 75 additional guests
