Hourly Bar Packages

Our Hourly Bar Package is the stress free way to go! You pick the drinks you would like to serve and we ensure that you never run out! This also ensures that you aren’t loading cases of beer into a vehicle at the end of your wedding day.

With this package we have the option to provide bartenders and mixers for you or you are welcome to bring in your own bartending team that fits your style perfectly. We also have a great selection of alcohol below that is built into the packages, but if there is something special you are hoping for let us know and we will see if we can source it!

All of our packages include ice and cups, but not all of our packages include mixers!

All of our in-house bartending services come with a water station, sodas and Tier 2 mixers.
This package comes with 2 bartenders per hour. To add additional bartenders it is $70 per hour.
If your catering or bartending team is not providing a water station, we can set up a self-serve water station for the duration of the evening near the bar.
The Tier 1 package features our 4 domestic beer options, 4 of our Tier 1 wine options, a champagne toast, acrylic cups and ice.
This package does not come with mixers, a water station, bartenders sodas or spirits.
*Specific spirits and sodas can be added.
The Tier 2 package features 2 domestic beer options, 3 craft beer options, 2 Tier 1 wine options, 2 Tier 2 wine options, a champagne toast, acrylic cups and ice.
This package does not come with mixers, bartenders, a water station or spirits.

The Tier 1 Open Bar package features our 3 domestic beer options, 1 craft beer option, 4 Tier 1 wine options, and our Tier 1 vodka, rum, gin, white tequila, bourbon, whiskey, soda and Tier 1 mixers. This package also comes with one of our bar facades a champagne toast, acrylic cups and ice.
This package does not come with bartenders or a water station.

FAQs

The short answer- no!
*We do require that you pay for a minimum of 80% of your adult guests with the bar package, but we don't want to make you pay for people you know won't be drinking. So if you have nursing or expecting mothers, sober friends, elderly guests etc. that will not partake in alcohol you do not have to pay for them.
I truly believe that Camino clients are the best in the world, so we trust that you are going to count and pay for all guests that will be utilizing your hourly bar package!
You will purchase the spirits you need for your specialty drink from us by the bottle. These prices are available by request!
*Due to the restrictions on our liquor license you are not able to take any unused alcohol home if you do not finish the bottle with those cocktails.
You may be a great candidate for an on-consumption bar! This would give you the option to choose exactly what alcohol is served and then pay per drink when your guests order.
All of our hourly packages include drinks in your suite free of charge!
You are able to substitute 2 drinks on our hourly packages for $1 per person per substitution! This option is dependent on availability.
We will meet with you and send your bar invoice 30 days before your event date. Your final guest count and payment is due 14 days before your event.
After the 14 day invoice is paid we are not able to decrease your invoice total, but it is possible that we can add drinks for a small premium.
