GUEST COUNTS OVER 125

• PARKING: Parking is limited onsite and vendors can often take up many of the available parking spots. We highly recommend securing a shuttle to transport guests or informing them via your wedding website to carpool in groups or to ride share to and from the venue. There is no nearby overflow parking available.

• RAIN PLAN: While we have several covered structures, we are an indoor / outdoor venue. In the event of rain when hosting both ceremony and reception onsite, we highly recommend securing a rain plan tent for cocktail hour to ensure an easy flip of the greenhouse from ceremony to reception or working with your Planner / Coordinator to have a solid rain plan in place.

• COCKTAIL HOUR: For guest counts over 125, we suggest having 2 cocktail hour bars to avoid lines and congestion.

TEXAS HEAT

We are a greenhouse venue located in Texas where the weather can be unpredictable and often sees temperatures over 100 degrees. We strongly encourage the following be considered for the warmer Texas months:

• Ceremonies and receptions to have a later evening start once the sun has begun setting

• Consider having your ceremony near our pond and the reception in our courtyard under the romantic string lights

• Consider additional tenting to provide added shade for your guests

• Consider a more intimate guest count of 100 or less

• Have cold drinks and hand fans available at ceremony for your guests

• Renting additional cooling units for the greenhouse for temperatures over 90° (we recommend Preferred Climate Solutions).
